Dan Owen

Dan is an IT Support Engineer at First Line

Dan joined First Line from Oxford and Cherwell Valley College in February 2007 where he achieved GNVQ Level 2, Diploma in Digital Applications.

Since joining us he has been building up his experience on servers, desktops and networking as well as on the First Line Helpdesk.

Having attended the Advanced Traineeship programme provided by Zenos, Dan achieved the following qualifications in September 2009:

• Advanced Apprenticeship in IT Services & Development (e-skills uk)
• Level 3 Advanced Diploma in ICT Systems Support (City & Guilds)
• Level 3 NVQ IT Professionals and Practitioners (City & Guilds)
• Level 3 NVQ Key Skills (City & Guilds)

He is currently studying for his MCSA
