With offices in Oxford and field technicians based around London and the South East, we can have an engineer working on your problem within 30 minutes and on site if needed within two hours, weekdays 8am to 6pm.

First Line's engineers are trained to deal with any emergency on any Microsoft system and our track record demonstrates that even for the most catastrophic failures we can usually have you up and running by the end of the next working day.

No contract required

You don't need to have a contract to access this service but you will need to be able to pay by credit card. Outrterms are straightforward and clear and there are no hidden costs.

Need to replace something fast?

In some cases we're able to provide emergency replacement equipment on a rental basis. We also work with the UK’s leading distributor of IT hardware and software and in the majority of cases can arrange next day delivery for replacement items.
