First Line invests in Footprints

September 2006

In June 2006, after an in-depth selection process, we invested in Footprints, a web-based service management tool developed by American software house Unipress. Footprints is accredited by ITIL.

We've taken a couple of months to integrate Footprints properly into our business and it's now helping us to manage your support requests more professionally.

We know our service is getting better because our customers have been telling us and because Footprints enables us to accurately measure our performance.

Amongst the feedback we've received, were comments relating to the complexity of the emails that Footprints sends out. We've done quite a bit of work on this recently and hope that the new email format is clearer and easier to read.
