We've been a Microsoft Registered Partner for a number of years, but the benefit to our clients was somewhat ‘behind the scenes’, as it mainly provided us with access to technical support, information, and training.

To reach Microsoft Certified Partner status however, businesses are required to:

provide three client references, each year, that verify the standard of their work
employ staff who are trained as Microsoft Certified Professionals
demonstrate a track record of successfully supplying Microsoft products

In many ways, it's a quality standard that confirms First Line's expertise in Microsoft products, and our commitment to developing our business through training our people.
