We've been a Microsoft Registered Partner for a number of years, but the benefit to our clients was somewhat ‘behind the scenes’, as it mainly provided us with access to technical support, information, and training.
To reach Microsoft Certified Partner status however, businesses are required to:
- provide three client references, each year, that verify the standard of their work
- employ staff who are trained as Microsoft Certified Professionals
- demonstrate a track record of successfully supplying Microsoft products
In many ways, it's a quality standard that confirms First Line's expertise in Microsoft products, and our commitment to developing our business through training our people.
So what's in it for our clients?
The benefits of Certified Partner status to First Line's clients are provided by the continuing assurance that we are keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies, training our staff, and supplying and installing Microsoft products to the highest standards.
Certified Partnership provides us with access to a much wider training and development programme, including Microsoft’s ‘Virtual Labs’, online tutorials, and local Partner training. Additionally, through a dedicated Partner Manager and the global partner network, the door is now open to a huge body of experience.
Undeniably, there is a business benefit for us through the availability of Partner marketing material and training, as well as expert information and analysis on a range of commercial subject areas.
