Control your IT costs with a monthly contract

A number of customers have taken up our new monthly contract, benefiting from a lower hourly rate and greater control over their IT costs.

It's simple:

• Buy as many hours as you think you'll need in a month, at a lower hourly rate

• Pay by standing order and receive a monthly invoice/receipt by email

• Your account may go in arrears by a pre-agreed amount, normally two months-worth of hours.
  • So for example you could go into arrears by four hours if your are buying two hours per month.
    

• We review your account with you, every six months. If you are in credit by more than two months then we'll refund the difference or carry out some extra work if required.

• Any special projects can de dealt with by a separate invoice or by adjusting the monthly rate for a short time.
