New chat feature makes it even easier to contact us

We’re always on the end of a phone or an email link – but there’s now another way to contact us for technical help or advice, or to set up a meeting.

We have installed a ‘Chat’ feature on our website that will connect you directly to Operations Director John Crozier or Technical Director Nim Nagalingam. Go to our website, click the blue button on the bottom of the screen that asks ‘Would you like to chat?’, and wait for either John or Nim to respond. Alternatively, if you browse for long enough, one of them might just pop up and invite you to type in your question!

If Nim and John are not available, the Chat feature allows you to leave a message. This goes directly to them, and they will respond as soon as they can.

‘We hope that the chat feature will make it easier for us to deal with the sorts of quick technical questions that we can normally answer without having to get access to a customer’s PC or network,’ said John. ‘It will also be an easy way for you to let us know about more complicated problems that we can then deal with according to our usual helpdesk systems. Plus, if you’re on a train or in a lively office, it will be a lot easier to chat online than to try to compete with the background noise.’
