At your premises at regular times each month - a hands-on service to keep your IT systems healthy and reliable.


What's included?

  • A fixed number of half-day periods over a calendar month when your engineer is at your premises and at your disposal
  • Visits agreed in advance but can be varied where you have a pressing need. Barring holidays and illness, the same engineer will visit you each time
  • Costs are dependent upon the number of days scheduled each month and the skill level of your engineer

How does it work?

  • Your fully trained, fully equipped IT engineer attends your premises, at an agreed times, for an agreed period
  • Your engineer will work with you to create a prioritised work list, to ideally include an allowance for preventative maintenance
  • Your engineer will undertake the agreed work with the full remote support of First Line if needed
  • At the end of the period, Your engineer will report back on which items have been completed and, if any, which are still in progress
  • All work undertaken will be fully supported by First Line until next premises visit
  • Attendance will be made up of an agreed number of half day periods within a calendar month
  • At the end of each month a maximum of two unused hours can be carried forward to the next month’s time allocation
