We host your servers so that if something happens to your premises (fire, flood, power-cut) your IT will keep on going.
But what, you may ask, would happen if disaster struck our premises?
The answer is that we would just flick a switch and all our services, including our clients’ servers, would start running from the duplicate facility we have set up.
The importance of a Disaster Recovery Site, located in a different area, has become higher profile since the flooding earlier this year. Although we have never had a problem in Hamilton House in all the years that we have been here, as we are increasingly hosting our client’s servers, this belt-and-braces approach has become a vital part of our service.
