The European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into force on 25 May 2018.
Although it is principally aimed at large companies – and they are the ones who’ll be getting the large fines if they are careless with our data – most of the rules about data apply to small businesses too.
So, while there’s no need to panic, you’ll still need to make sure you’re in shape in time for May’s deadline. Use our checklist to identify any gaps in your planning.
