This way, you know exactly how much you’re paying each month, regardless of how much time we spend maintaining your IT systems. For any changes to your network or any requested extra work, we can provide a fixed price quotation before we start.

We can arrange visits to your offices and will only charge for our time spent with you. We don’t charge a call-out fee or for time spent travelling (within a 30-mile radius of Oxford).
No, the advantage of this contract is that your support costs are fixed. We’ll give you advice and support when it’s needed with no extra charge when you need to speak to one of our experts. Additional services can be added on so you receive a truly bespoke IT support contract.
