Our Oxford-based Service Desk engineers are all experts, each with their own specialisms. They will work collaboratively to ensure you’re IT problem – no matter how complex – is solved appropriately and quickly.
You will be kept informed at every stage so you feel in control of the situation and reassured your IT systems are in the hands of experts.
Our Essential IT Support solutions are offered on the basis of a monthly payment, so you don’t need to commit to a year-long contract. We simply ask for a three-month notice period if you choose to end your contract.
Not a problem. We keep a record of all hours worked, and if, at the end of the month, you have hours leftover then they will just roll over to the next month, with no expiry date.
Any problem resolved within 15 minutes on the phone or remote session won’t be charged.
We’re happy to carry out call-out visits to your offices, and only charge for the time we spend with you. We charge neither a call-out fee nor for travel time (within a 30-mile radius of Oxford).
