We don’t have a one size fits all approach. Instead, we help you through the technology maze with customised business advice, consultancy and guidance that suits you and your business. We offer three options for your IT Support:  the Essential Support contract offers you a flexible package on a rolling contract; Active Maintenance is a fixed monthly cost; the Strategic Partnership is a fully-bespoke package.

We use TeamViewer, IT Glue and Solar Winds Remote Maintenance Management. These are all powerful systems administration tools that allow us to access all networked devices and solve IT issues quickly and effectively.

We use an application called BMC FootPrints, a web-based service management system that manages your issues professionally. It enables us both to respond to your IT problems swiftly and to measure and report on our performance so we’re reaching our Service Level Agreements.

Our philosophy when structuring our pricing for IT services is simply to give a fair deal to each and every client. Our Service Level Agreements cover all aspects of the service, from diagnosis to solution, and we don’t differentiate between an easy fix carried out remotely and an engineer’s visit. We don’t charge for travelling time and costs within 30 miles of Oxford.
